Is your home safe for a small dog?

Are there any small children in the home, and can you tell us a bit about the family ages of children  etc?
Can you tell me about your current pets and the temperment of them  briefly and if you have prior experience with this wonderful breed?
Please tell me briefly  about the home schedule and when this pup would be home  alone and for what period of time? We are aware everyone must work and some dogs need to be alone for certain periods.

Do you understand that tiny "teacups" (2-4lbs) require a special situation and most homes would do better with a toy sized (4-6lbs)?
Do you intend to spay or neuter this dog?  (spaying and nuetering between 6- 8 months is advised )
Are you prepared financially, Should your pet need emergency care in situations like accidents?
If you own your own home and have a yard,  is it safely fenced So no escapes can occur?
Are you aware we will take the pup back at any time in its life should your situation change for placement in a suitable home  (however we are not under any obligation to  "buy" them back)?
Are you aware that yorkshire terriers have a life span of 12 or more years and are you willing to commit to him / her?
Are you aware we do not sell to petstores or
any other pet selling company? We like to place the pups directly into the home they will remain in.
Will this pup be fed Eukanuba or Pedigree or other premium dog food until at least 1 year  of age? what is Eukanuba?
